How do I get your products?
All of my designs are digital products, meaning no physical items will be shipped.
Once your purchase is complete, your digital files will be sent directly to your email. It's fast and hassle-free—download them instantly and start using them right away!
Where can I download my files once I've purchased them?
Your files will be available to download on your order status page, along with an email containing your download link. If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you’re still having trouble locating or downloading your files, feel free to contact me—I’m here to help you!
Do you offer physical prints or just digital downloads?
Currently, all of my products are digital downloads only.

Returns
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of digital purchases, downloadable products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered.
However, your satisfaction is my top priority! If you encounter any issues with your file or print, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll be happy to assist you and work with you to make it right. Email me at wildcoveprints@gmail.com
What if I never received my email with the files?
First, check your spam/junk folder in case the email landed there. If you still don’t see it, don’t worry—you can always log in to your account on my website (click the profile person icon at the top of the page) to access and download your files anytime. And of course, if you’re still having trouble, reach out and I’ll be happy to resend them to you!
Printing Tips
What kind of paper should I use?
For the best results, I recommend printing most of my designs on cardstock. It's sturdier and provides a higher-quality finish. Standard printer paper can also work for casual use.
For wall prints, I suggest using matte paper instead of glossy to minimize glare and achieve a more professional look.
Where should I print my designs?
You have several options:
At Home: Great for convenience, especially with high-quality paper and ink (most of my designs are sized for 8.5x11 paper).
Local Print Shops: Places like Staples or Office Depot can provide professional results.
Online Printing Services: Upload your files to services like Shutterfly, Prints of Love, Vistaprint, or Printful, and have them delivered to your door.
What printer do you use at home?
I print most of my designs with my Epson EcoTank ET-15000. I love it. It’s been amazing and can print up to 13"x19" inches. The ink is liquid and last forever! I still haven't refilled the ink for over 6 months
Custom Orders
How long do custom orders designs take?
If it’s a personalized custom order for something like a wall print, invitation, or a design already on my site, I typically send it within 1–2 business days once your order is placed and I have all the details I need.
Do you take custom design requests?
Absolutely! I love creating custom designs. Reach out to me with your ideas, and I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life.

Can I request color changes to existing designs?
Yes! Small tweaks like colors or text are usually possible, just message me.
