How do I get your products?

All of my designs are digital products, meaning no physical items will be shipped.

Once your purchase is complete, your digital files will be sent directly to your email. It's fast and hassle-free—download them instantly and start using them right away!

Where can I download my files once I've purchased them?

Your files will be available to download on your order status page. Along with an email to download your files as well. If you don’t see the email, check your junk or spam folder just in case. If you’re still having trouble locating or downloading your files, feel free to contact me—I’m here to help you!

Returns/exchanges?

Due to the nature of digital purchases, downloadable products are non-refundable once the files have been delivered. However, your satisfaction is my top priority! If you encounter any issues with your file or print, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll be happy to assist you and work with you to make it right. Email me at wildcoveprints@gmail.com

What kind of paper should I use?

For the best results, I recommend printing most of my designs on cardstock. It's sturdier and provides a higher-quality finish. However, standard printer paper can work well for casual use.

For wall prints, I suggest using matte paper instead of glossy to minimize glare and achieve a more professional look.

Where to print?

You have several options for printing your digital designs:

  1. At Home: Use a home printer for convenience, especially if you have high-quality paper and ink - most of my designs are sized on 8.5x11 paper. 
  2. Local Print Shops: Find high-quality print shops near you. Or print at Staples or Office Depot for professional results.
  3. Online Printing Services: Upload your files to online platforms like Shutterfly, Prints of Love, Vistaprint, or Printful, and have them delivered to your door.

What printer do you have at home?

I print most of my designs with my Epson EcoTank ET-15000. I love it and it's been an amazing printer and can print up to 13"x19" inches. 

Do you take custom orders / design request?

Absolutely! I love getting design request / making custom designs. Reach out to me with your ideas. I’ll work with you to bring your vision to life!
